Michelle Yow-Shaw, L.E.
Owner & Medical Esthetician
Michelle Yow-Shaw began her career in esthetics working with a plastic surgeon but decided to create her own space to treat and serve her clients. More than twenty years later, she's proud to say that Donna Lane Day Spa is still going strong.
Michelle's goal is to provide medically driven skincare with results being the intentional outcome. She takes pride in her education, knowledge, and passion for being of service to her clients.
Skincare can often seem confusing or overwhelming. Michelle believes in filtering through the hype in order to bring her clients the devices and products that she's confident will produce results. Michelle's passion for skincare that produces results led to the creation and launch of Gamechanger Skincare, a simple, straightforward medical grade line of products packed full of ingredients proven to penetrate and rejuvenate.
Her clients appreciate her tough love and straight talk. If Michelle recommends a treatment or product, she believes in and stands behind it.
Dr. Deborah K. Hudak, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Hudak is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist, Oculofacial Surgeon, and Member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Academy of Plastic Surgery, International Meso-Lipotherapy Society.
Dr. Hudak integrates enthusiasm, passion and artistic flair in all her endeavors. A former Internist and Emergency Room physician, Dr. Hudak is known by her patients for her thoroughness, caring, and compassion. She is noted by her peers for her superb surgical skills, attention to detail, and diligence in pursuing education in the newest procedures and research.
Deborah Hudak, MD, MHA is best known for her eyelid surgeries, of which she is considered an expert, and for her skills with cosmetic injectables.
Alaiya Covington
Licensed Esthetician
Alaiya Covington is a Licensed Esthetician who specializes in hair removal. Alaiya provides body waxing and Laser Hair Removal services. Alaiya began her hair removal journey at the age of 16 when her parents purchased her first wax pot. With the desire to make women feel beautiful, she aspired to become a hair removal specialist. And here we are, only a few years later, and she has done just that.
Alaiya’s main goals are ensuring high-quality services and creating a space where clients can feel seen, valued, and heard.
Lauren Hudak, MPAP, PA-C
Lauren Hudak, MPAP, PA-C, brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for aesthetics to Donna Lane Day Spa. Growing up with a mother in medicine, Lauren's interest in injection techniques began at a young age. Alongside her artistic pursuits in dance, theatre, and visual arts, she developed a keen interest in the intersection between science and creativity.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from NC State with a Bachelors in Human Biology and a minor in Nutrition, Lauren set her sights on the PA profession, deciding that Aesthetics was the perfect blend of her artistic eye for detail and her love of medicine, science, and nutritional therapy. She attended Campbell University for her Masters in Physician Assistant Practices and is currently getting her PhD in Medical Sciences, with a concentration in Healthcare Administration.
Throughout her career, Lauren has specialized in whole-body health, with a particular focus on the gut/skin connection and the importance of a multifactorial approach to wellness. By combining her medical expertise with a personalized approach to care, she helps her patients achieve optimal health and beauty from the inside out.
Lauren is excited for the opportunity to guide you in your journey, working together to cultivate a plan for you that analyzes root causes and sustainable solutions.

Sarah Elora is a renowned Business Mentor, Founder, Author, and Podcast Host who has transformed the businesses of multiple 7-figure entrepreneurs. A certified Reiki practitioner with credentials in Holistic Nutrition, Master Level Coach, Breathwork, NLP, and Yoga Instruction, she combines spiritual empowerment with business strategy. As a mother of four, she embodies conscious motherhood and dedicates her mission to inclusivity and supporting leaders in unlocking their sacred purpose. Founder of The Elora Empress and co-founder of The 1111 Foundation Inc., Sarah is committed to fostering impactful, inclusive businesses and guiding clients toward profound growth and alignment. Recently relocated back to Downtown Southern Pines, she is grateful to be of service to the beautiful souls of Donna Lane Day Spa.
